WHAT’S THE PROCESSING TIME?

Orders can take 2-5 business days to be processed. We don’t ship on weekends or major holidays.

WHAT ABOUT LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES?

We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen during transit.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At the moment, we don’t ship outside of the USA. If/when that changes, you’ll find an update here.


RETURNS + EXCHANGES

WHAT’S YOUR POLICY?

To request a return or exchange, email helpme@americaland.com with your order number and reason for return. We allow returns and exchanges within 15 days of the order delivery date. Products must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.
If the item is worn, the item will be returned and no credit will be issued for the item.

Shipping fees for returns and exchanges will be paid for by the customer.

AND WHAT’S THE PROCESS?

Returns: Once we receive and inspect the item(s) from your return, you’ll be refunded via the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to show up in your account.

Exchanges: You can request an exchange for a different size or color of the original style ordered. Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we’ll confirm the exchange and ship the requested item to you within 2-3 business days.
